Common questions

A single exam or the subscription?

Buying a single exam gives you its question bank and marking for 12 months, paid once, with timed mock exams for the multiple-choice exams (R01 to R05 and CF6) or AI-marked case studies for R06. The subscription adds a guided interactive course for each Diploma unit, R01 to R06 (CF6 coming soon), and the calculators and sandboxes, plus question banks and marking for every exam including CF6, and mock exams for the multiple-choice exams. You can cancel it anytime.

How does the free trial work?

7 days of every exam and course, with 10 practice questions and 5 lessons per exam. Mock exams are not part of the trial. No card is needed and nothing renews on its own: when the week is up your access stops unless you choose a plan. One trial per account.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Manage billing from your Account page or from Plans and pricing: switch between monthly, 3-monthly and annual billing (not available on the founding member price), or cancel. After cancelling, access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Can I get a refund?

When you buy, we ask you to confirm that your access starts straight away and that, once it does, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that UK consumer law otherwise gives you for online purchases. That is why the free trial exists: try it first. Your rights if anything is faulty or not as described are not affected. See the Terms for the details.

Why is R06 £45?

R06 is a written exam, so buying R06 includes AI marking of your written answers and full case studies with AI marking.

What happens when a single exam ends?

A single exam gives you 12 months from the day you buy and is never charged again. Buying the same exam again adds 12 months on top of any time you have left.

I subscribed to the old £9 Diploma plan. What changes?

Nothing. As a founding member your subscription carries on at the price you signed up for and includes everything in the subscription.
